Ordering journal articles and book chapters via Online ILL

Journal articles and chapters from books that are not held by the University Library can be ordered via ILL.

Ordering an article or chapter via ILL costs € 1.50.

• Please make sure that we do not hold the journal which contains the article you would like to order here at the University Library; use our electronic book catalogue to check. For your search use Advanced Search and choose Journal from the drop-down menu. Also check the Electronic Journals Library (EZB) whether the full-text version of the journal is available online.
• If you cannot find the title you are looking for, please use the link Fernleihe (Interlibrary Loan) and subsequently click on Zeitschriften (Periodicals).
• Re-enter your search term. Choose the journal you would like to order from your list of results and click on the button Zur Fernleihbestellung (Interlibrary Loan).
• Enter your user details (account number and password) and klick on Anmeldung abschicken (Login).
• Fill in the form. Add the year in the section Bibliographische Angaben (bibliographical details) and in the section Angaben zum Aufsatz (article details) enter the title, author and page numbers. Then click on Bestellen (Order) 

You will receive a photocopy of the article that you may keep. On average the delivery of an ordered title takes one to two weeks. Please note: In exceptional cases delivery is not possible. As soon as the article arrives here we will notify you via e-mail.
