Erasmus+, EU-Projekte Erwachsenenbildung (Grundtvig), Leitaktion 2: Zusammenarbeit zur Förderung von Innovation und zum Austausch von bewährten Verfahren

Ziel 

Erasmus+ hat zum Ziel, Kompetenzen und Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zu verbessern und die Modernisierung der Systeme der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung voranzubringen. Schwerpunkt dieser Leitaktion (KA2) ist die Entwicklung, Transfer und / oder Umsetzung von innovativen Praktiken auf lokaler, regionaler, nationaler oder europäischer Ebene.

Förderfähige Aktivitäten:

  • activities that strengthen the cooperation between organisations with a view to establishing exchanges of practices;
  • activities that promote the development, testing and/or implementation of innovative practices in the field of education and training;
  • activities that facilitate the recognition and validation of knowledge, skills and competences acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning;
  • activities of cooperation between regional authorities to promote the development of education, training and youth systems and their integration in actions of local and regional development;
  • transnational initiatives fostering entrepreneurial mind-sets and skills, to encourage active citizenship and entrepreneurship (including social entrepreneurship).

Prioritäten 2014

  1. Developing basic and transversal skills, such as entrepreneurship, digital skills and multiligualism in all fields of education and training, using innovative and student-centred pedagogical approaches and developing appropriate assessment and certification methods, based on learning outcomes;
  2. Enhancing Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) uptake in teaching and learning, through the support of learning and access to open educational resources (OER) in the education and training fields, supporting ICT-based teaching and assessment practices and by promoting the transparency of rights and obligations of users and producers of digitised content;
  3. Promoting stronger coherence between different EU and national transparency and recognition tools, so as to ensure that skills and qualifications can be easily recognised across borders;
  4. Supporting the adjustment of funding and investment in education and training to new needs and the development of improved funding approaches for skills development, in particular through partnerships and cost-sharing; stimulating debates on efficient and sustainable investment in education and training at European and national level involving all the relevant stakeholders;
  5. Contributing to a reduction in the number of low-skilled adults (re-skilling and up-skilling of adults), including by increasing incentives for adult training, by providing information on access to lifelong learning services, such as information on the validation of non-formal and informal learning and career guidance, and by offering tailored learning opportunities to individual learners.

Projektform: strategische Partnerschaften in den Bereichen allgemeine und berufliche Bildung (frühere Lernpartnerschaften und multilaterale Projekte)

Fördersumme:  max. 150.000 EUR pro Jahr

Projektdauer: 2-3 Jahre

Partnerschaft: mind. 3 Einrichtungen aus verschiedenen förderfähigen Ländern (28 Mitgliedsstaaten, Island, Lichtenstein, Norwegen, Türkei, Kroatien, Mazedonien,die Schweizerische Eidgenossenschaft). Bestimmte Partnerländer kommen zusätzlich zur oben angegebenen Mindestanzahl von Teilnahmeländern hinzu.
