Students

We support teacher training students in gaining international experience, whether during their studies or in school practice, and in strengthening their intercultural skills.

This includes exchange programmes, digital cooperation formats (e.g. COIL projects) and accompanying events for preparation and reflection.

Our goals are to:

• Make international perspectives visible and tangible during studies.
• Better prepare teachers for diversity in the classroom.
• Think about diversity holistically (e.g. origin, gender, social status, disability).
• Recognise and reflect on one's own prejudices.
• Perceive and question structural inequalities.
