Das internationale Symposium für 360°-Videotechnologie findet statt am 26.05.2025, 16:15-18:00 Uhr im Raum 1.222.
Vortragende und Inhalte:
- Prof. Dr. Lionel Roche, Associate Professor at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in Canada, works at the forefront of integrating 360° video in teacher education. He will share insights from his extensive research and innovative tools for implementing immersive technology in education. He will also discuss his latest project on evaluating the emotional impact of 360° video using AI-driven data analysis, including heart rate variability, electrodermal conductance, and EEG, offering a glimpse into the future of immersive teacher training.
- Dr. Ian Cunningham, Lecturer in the School of Applied Sciences at Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland, explores the use of immersive 360° video in sport psychology to enhance the development of referees and sport coaches. He will share insights from projects using a mobile, first-person 360° video approach to improve decision-making, interaction, and instructional behaviours in competitive and practice-based contexts. His work also examines behavioural assessment and the structuring of reflective protocols. He will discuss future directions involving co-design with educator teams, highlighting the potential of immersive video to transform experiential learning in sport training.
- Dr. Philipp Rosendahl, consultant in the Education, Science and Schools department at Württembergischer Landessportbund e.V. in Stuttgart, investigated 360° videos as a training tool in his doctoral thesis. Using martial arts, athletics, gymnastics and volleyball as examples, he shows how 360° video technology can be used to teach technique and movement, as a visual feedback tool, for movement analysis, and for an in-depth understanding of movement.
