The LUE applies ECTS in all courses. CPs are apportioned by the relevant departments in accordance with the requirements of the subjects and ministerial directives. They are documented in the module handbooks of the study programmes. In consultation with the IO and the relevant departments /institutes students prepare a learning agreement before departure. The credit points attached by the host university are followed and accepted. After completion of the study abroad programme transcripts of records are received by the IO and the students. The IO advises students on the recognition process carried out by departmental advisers. Credit points from the host university are used as a guideline for the allocation of points at PHL. CPs may be split between modules to give max. recognitIon. In case of dispute, students have recourse to the IO, Deans of Study of their faculty and ultimately to the Vice-Rector for Academic and International Affairs.
