Application Start for the Fifth Intake "International Education Management (INEMA)"

The application period for the fifth intake is from January 1st to May 15th, 2015. The extra-occupational program that is funded by the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) intends to train reform managers, to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of international development cooperation. The program is jointly implemented by PH Ludwigsburg University of Education and Helwan University Cairo. It concludes with a double degree Master of Arts.

INEMA addresses professionals in the fields of education and international cooperation, who want to develop competencies in initiating and implementing reform processes. A guiding principle is learning from differences, with the development of cross-cultural competencies, for a positive impact on the dialogue between Europe and the Middle East. Hence, participants study commonly, alternating in Ludwigsburg, Germany and Cairo, Egypt. The program runs 4 semesters with attendance phases and distance learning. It is extra-occupational and allows students to continue with their assigned jobs without career break.

Fees are € 1.600,- per semester, plus enrollment and administrative fees of ca. € 230,-

Scholarships can be awarded by the German Academic Exchange Service, DAAD.
