Recognition of Study Abroad and Internships
Recognition of agreed activities is guaranteed. Returning outgoing students first contact the IO for a preliminary advisory session. All relevant documents are copied and filed. Students then consult their study advisers and receive documented recognition. In cases of dispute, students may appeal to: the Instutional Coordinator, Deans of Study and the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs. A Diploma Supplement is issued. Incoming participants are monitored by the IO as to study programmes, attendance and assignments. Contact is maintained with the home university. In a final meeting the IO checks course outcomes and prepares a transcript of records sent to the student and the home university.
